  • All oysters are flown daily to Hong Kong from our oyster farms from around the world.

  • Oysters are shucked by experienced oysteristas with over 10 years of experience.

  • Oysters are shucked at our premises with a special oyster handling food license.

  • Our experienced oysteristas ensure all oysters are fresh and the delicate flesh is not damaged when shucking them.  Oysters are plump and oyster juices are contained in the oysters.

Order Conditions:

  • Prices are for shucked oysters.  Request can be made for unshucked oysters.​

  • Minimum order of 24 oysters for shucked oysters.  Oysters will not be shucked for orders less than 24.

  • Place orders before 6:00 pm for deliveries next day.
