Oscietra Caviar comes from the Russian sturgeon. It is a medium size fish that provide a poppy and slightly nutty caviar with coloring that ranges from dark brown to beige. It's consider one of the most refined caviar.

A selection of our classic Oscietra. Typically from the second maturation of a more mature fish. Resulting in a larger pearl that ranges in colour from medium to dark grey with a glistening golden hue and a fully rounded flavour.

Takes at least 9 years and above to mature

Caviar size is at least 3.0 mm 

Oscietra is known for having a nutty, almost creamy, nutty flavor and a pleasant burst that shares the sea’s bold flavors.  Firm pearls with a strong full bodied nutty, earthy taste that lingers long on the palate.
